A sedentary lifestyle is a term used to describe a type of lifestyle that lacks physical activity. Men and women retiring today are more likely to live longer than any generation before them.Keeping active now will be even more important for you to keep your body and mind functioning at a level that will allow you to maintain your independence and accomplish all the thing you are planning for.
